This application consists of a back office, call centre front office and a webservice interface to several consumer websites. It is currently being offered to other financial institutions as a Software as a Service solution.
 
Since January 2010 I am in Brazil to help the IT team with the continuous development of the application. I coordinate between the analysts and designers in the Netherlands and the developers in Brazil. I also take care that the roadmap is shared and met, developers work more effective and efficient and any ambiguities are resolved quickly.
